An invitation from Joy Bush:

It’s the time of year when I mark the earthly goodbye of Ali, my husband of 34 years, and the celebration of his memory. One of the certainties of this life is that we will lose those we love. I'm keenly aware that others have remembrances of their own. And I feel, as Christians, we can come to a point, through our grief, where we can walk with joy in Christ.

We may even someday dance!

So, I invite you to come celebrate your ‘saints’ that have gone before us and dance in the joy of their memories as we share through laughter, community and pancakes. Please bring a photo and a story of your favorite saint that you would like to share. Some may prefer to participate by listening to the stories and remembering their loved one silently.

Either way we look forward to spending time with you and getting to know one another a little bit better. And who doesn’t love pancakes??
